Varsity Day Camp - Rates & Policies

TUITION - The camp tuition fee includes lunch, insurance, arts & crafts supplies, all activities and instruction. Campers may register for any combination of days.

The 2010 Tuition Rate is: $40.00 per camper, per day. $200.00 per camper, per week.

LUNCH - The noon meal is provided. Mrs. Whiz and staff prepare and serve lunches that are known for their quality, nutrition value and popularity. Please list dietary restrictions, if any, on the Camper Medical Form.

INSURANCE - Campers are covered by an excess Medical/Accident insurance plan that is included in the tuition fee.

CAMPER RELEASE AUTHORIZATION - In accordance with State of Michigan camp licensing requirements, campers will only be released to Authorized Persons. Authorized Persons are the parent or legal guardian of the camper as designated in the Camper Application Form, and other persons authorized in writing by the camper's parent or legal guardian. If you will be carpooling with other campers, or want to authorize other persons to whom your child may be released (i.e. relative, babysitter, etc.), you must complete and sign the Camper Release Authorization Form.

CARPOOL INFORMATION - There is no camp provided transportation. If you would like to authorize Varsity Day Camp to release your name, address, phone number and camper schedule to other campers' parents that may be interested in carpooling, you must sign the Carpool Information Form. Varsity Day Camp assumes no liability as a result of providing this service. If you will be carpooling with other campers, you must complete and sign the Camper Release Authorization Form.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - NO REFUNDS OR MAKE UP DAYS PERMITTED FOR CANCELLATION MADE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHILD'S SCHEDULED CAMP ATTENDANCE. Days canceled prior to seven (7) days before scheduled attendance will be fully refunded, or, subject to availability of daily space, rescheduled on an individual basis with the Camp Director's prior approval.
